What's the "REAGAN PANEL"  in the USER POWER OFF REAGAN PANEL ...SHUTDOWN CODEC message ?

Anyone else out there with similar problem ?

Thanks

Olivier

Hi there 🙂

You should consider upgrading your hdx to 3.1.2 in the first step, to see if this will solve the problem.

When does this error occur (during calls, during standby etc,) ?

Have you connected accessoires, as for example a mic or isdn interface ?

Hi Uwe, thanks for  your answer.

There's no connected accessories.

That error occurs both during standby and during calls. Sometimes it occurs after 10 minutes, sometimes after 2 hours.

As you've suggested, i upgraded from 3.1.1.3-36019  to release - 3.1.2-35267.

I'm in a test call since the upgrade one hour ago. No reboot for now.

Wait & see.

I will let you know.

Regards,

Olivier

Bad news,

With the Release - 3.1.2-35267 there's still unexpected shudown during standby and during calls.

Before every reboot i can see in the logs :

Someone knows what's the "REAGAN PANEL"  in the USER POWER OFF REAGAN PANEL ...SHUTDOWN CODEC message ?

Nobody else with the reagan panel message ?
