Hi Polycom communal,

 

We have a problem with our Polycom HDX 7000 - Release: 3.1.7

 

Normaly the HDX 7000 working good and have no problems but since two days the system turns off by itself. It looks like that the HDX go after a while in passive state and later turns off completely. 

 

In the webinterfaces is the turn off and turn on switch function set on turn off and on. 

 

I hope some of you have a idea 🙂

Our support team would have to look at the logs of the Unit.

 

Is it especially hot where this HDX is being utilized?

 

Please contact your Polycom reseller so they can open a case with us so we can investigate the root cause.

Did you ever figure out what was causing your system to turn on and off. We are experiencing the same issue on our end. We will be in the middle of a call and the system will restart itself.
