Dear All, 

 

Is anyone here know how to resolve the issue for our Eagle Eye Camera for Polycom HDX 7000.

 

Firewall allow all ports both Offices - Both using Public IP to communicate

Camera Cable is installed properly and all peripherals. 

 

Issue:

 

One Office to KSA using HDX 7000 - One Office to Jordan HDX 7000 

When Jordan Office call to KSA theres a Voice but not displaying the Camera Picture.

When KSA Office call to Jordan no video and Voice. 

 

Please help.

HP Recommended

It definately sounds like a firewall issue.  Make sure the firewalls are H.323 aware.
