Polycom RPG 500 crashes and restarts frequently. Tried everything from firmware update to factory restore. When restoring back to factroy settings; new setup works fine for a while. When I update the firmware and start using normally, later after couple of days when I turn back on, system takes long time to boot up and shutdown and finally crashes. Not always though. 

 

I have checked the manual. Couldn't find the solutions.

 

May be I'm missing somthing??

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I would suggest you contact your Polycom reseller straight away and open a support ticket with our team.

 

They will require the Group Series Log files and also the current software release.
