Is it possible to force or change the output to mono on the Polycom RealPresence 500? I would like to just use one input on the Polycom Soundstructure C12.

By not checking, or unchecking if checked, "Polycom StereoSurround" in the audio configuration then the system will be mono.

 

When connecting a SoundStructure to a Polycom endpoint the recommended way would be via the CLink interface.
