Hi All,

 

  I have many Polycom Realpresence Group 500. Some has "Multipoint Video Conferencing" license but some has not.

 

  The share desktop icon is disabled in RPD if it connects to Group 500 which has not "Multipoint Video Conferencing" license. Can RPD share its Windows desktop to Group 500 which has not "Multipoint Video Conferencing" license? Thanks!

Hi Kevin, You can use Polycom Content App (free App) which can be found from Polycom Support Site, to connect to Group Serials via inputting IP address of GS's to cast your PC/Mac desktop or application windows. GS can be out of a meeting (local meeting) or in a meeting with remote participants. Thanks!
