Hi,

 

Did any one help me to solve this issue,

 

I have registered my new product license keys for the old machines serial no,

 

when i try to register the new product its shows error as the product is already registered for that serial no.

 

Pls help to resolve this issue...

You need to send a mail to Polycom team.

Mention all thing Like 

License Key 

Worngly activeted Activation Key 

old serial no

new serial no
