Dears,

 

There is no audio when calling from QDX 6000 (v 4.0.3-3195) to Group series 500 (v 4.0.3-3195) while there is no issue when calling a different QDX/VSX system. The group series 500 is not receving an audio from the QDX6000.

I have disabled the music mode on the group 500 since its a know issue according to the release note but with no sucess.

Please advise

HP Recommended

The first step would be to update to current GS software which is 6.1.5.  There have been a lot of feature, bug and security updates and upgrades since the 4.0.3 software.
