QDX6000 Issue

Got the following unit and when turned on the status light will turn blue then red. Nothing will show up on the display. Is there anyway I can check the warranty status online or any one can direct me to the right place for a solution

This is a very old QDX and I doubt it is still under warranty.

Please call your regional Polycom service center to get the status of it.  You can find these phone numbers on the Polycom web site.

It's under a maintenance contract until 2014 so call one of the support centres here.
