HP Recommended

Hi,

 

The SSD Hard drive in my RMX-2000 has died. Can i just replace it with a new unformated drive? Or does it need to be formated with NTFS/FAT32? Does it need to be a special hard drive with Polycom Firmware on it or can i just use any SSD? The Existing drive is a 40GB Avantech SQFlash SSD. Model SQF-S25M540G-S5C

 

The OS still loads so im not sure what this drive actually does? Buffer perhaps? Right Beside the SSD there is a 2GB compact flash card so im guessing the OS is on that. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
