Is there a way, either through a custom msi or through a provisioning profile setting, to set the default call rate in Real Presence Desktop to a certain rate?
We're trying to get to the point where we can install the software on a users device and all they need to do is sign in, no further configuration required on their part.
We're running RPD/RPM in a RPRM/DMA/RMX environment.

welcome to the Polycom Community.
The RPD / RPM has currently not the same feature set as the CMAD solutions offers. I am not aware of the current roadmap so I suggest you work with your Polycom reseller in order to request this as a feature request.
