RPG 500 Cannot receive content from HDX 9000

Guys,

I need some helps here regarding my video endpoint that sometime quite strange for me. The case that I have today was the video call between my HDX and my RPG 500 especially in the sharing content which I believe that it is not because the hardware connectivity setting.

Somehow the RPG 500 cannot receive the content source from HDX endpoint, but when I tried the other way around, RPG send computer to HDX and it works like a charm.

What mode you are using to share content by vga cable or ppc software?
