just setup new Poly R30 on my PC, at first it would connect to Poly Lens but after rebooting the R30 now will not connect to Poly Lens.  I rebooted PC, hit factory reset button on R30, disconnected usb on R30, power cycled R30 and still nothing.  Why does this have to be sooo difficult.  Why cant the app just access the device when connected without having to have a password and even the app for it.  The device and management of it seems bloated.

also to note, after the PC reboot it did connect long enough to run an update, once the update completed it changed status from connected to disconnected.
