In my organization we have just a few Real Presence Group 500 endpoints on software version 6.2.2.8. They are currently provisioned for  H.323 and SIP calls via an onsite RPRM server and using a DMA server as gateway.

We soon have to decommission the RPRM and DMA servers and we want to explore if its possible to use  them in standalone mode just for H.323 calls (I understand that for SIP we need a SIP registrar), with no provisioning server and no managed calendar. We are only interested in basic video calling to Webex meetings.

Do these endpoints support the new encryption requirement for H.323 calls to Webex? Recently Webex enforced the requirement that all H.323 calls in Webex meetings should support  224-bit TLS -see announcement we received below -

"To increase the security of the Webex platform we will be mandating key exchanges that should provide at least 224 bits of security for calls coming in via H.323 endpoints. This translates to a minimum key size of 2048 bits for Diffie Hellman and RSA key exchanges.

Endpoints calling in via H.323 will need to be configured / upgraded to support this mandate prior to June 8, 2023, to continue calling into Webex Meetings."

Will the Group 500 support this requirement,  if we just enable AES or perhaps we also need to setup FIPS 140 Cryptography ?

Thanks in advance
