Hi, I am a software developer working for a design firm. We have a license for Real Presence. The designator on the license is  RPD, SFW, PC CONF APP

 

I would like to know if a software API is available to access and control the application programmatically. Any information would be appreciated.

Can anyone tell me if the RealPresence Group series supports IR emulation via its 232 serial port? If so are the commands the standard "button menu" command?

Nevermind, I just discovered as of right now it is not supported on this series.
