Hi, 

 

I'm looking for a way to set the default dialing preference as H323 in the RealPresence Desktop client (Version 3.7).

 

I have tried looking at Provisioning Profiles on the Resource Manager but this option is not available.

 

Is there a simple way of doing this?

HP Recommended

There is no provisioning option from RPRM to control RPD/M H.323 and SIP preference, installation option of RPD either.

 

Hence unfortunately there is no control to pre-config it.
