I have a Group 500 which I do not know the admin password to and I am trying to perform a factory reset.  I have followed the instructions as described (holding a paper clip in reset hole for 10 seconds after powering on, etc), but the system just keeps booting into normal mode and does not perform the reset.  I have tried numerous times to reset this unit.  Any ideas?

Hi,

I have indetical problem with my group 500. I try many times to reset, but not working. I have 6.1 version in polycom.  Can I try maybe download and install again?
