Hola equipo de HP Poly,

Tengo un sistema Poly G7500 configurado en la plataforma Zoom y estamos experimentando problemas con la reproducción de música: la música no llega, pero la voz del cantante sí. Estas son las versiones de firmware:

  • Poli: 4.3.1
  • Zoom: 6.1.10

  • Are there any other parts between the HDMI in and the G7500?
  • Did this ever work?
  • Can you test PolyOS 4.3.3 and Zoom Room 6.2.5?
