I have Hdx 9002's that are sip enabled in lync and I can conduct lync video point to point with Lync 10 clients.

Any of my Lync 13 clients simply will not connect to the HDX's video wise.

I have my codec's up to date on 3.1.3

My lync client's and server versions are above the stated tested releases on the 3.1.3 release notes.

Any idea's before I call Obewan??

  • LYNC 2010 supports H.263

  • LYNC 2013 does only support H.264 / RTV

 

Do you have a RTV License on your HDX?

Please be aware that the RTV license is not supported on the 9002, which is one of the first HDXs on the market.

 

The RTV license is available for HDX 9006, HDX 8000 rev B, HDX 7000 rev C or D, HDX 6000, HDX 4500, HDX 4000 rev C.
