I just registered my group series 300 with skype for buisness on line I'm able to make calls video thru skype and point to point but I can't make audio only calls?  Any help? I do have a touch panel connected to it.

Do i need a touch control panel?

Hello all,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I would suggest you post the currently used software version and also if you have a Skype for Business License etc.

 

Also if you use On Premise or Skype for Business online.

 

This information will enable you to check the release notes matching your currently used software version.
