Good Day,
we have an installation of G500 with firmware 5.1.2. endpoint is connected to the Eagleeye 4 camera via a polycom digital extender. My issue is that the camera control becomes very slow or not moving at all after a couple of hours even though it works well for few hours.
anybody has experienced this issue?

How are you controlling it? Remote, Polycom Touch Control, RealPresence Touch controller, enternal control system?
What else is going on when you have the issue?
Was the Digital Extender installed per specifications which are rather strict?
