Hello everyone,

We're running into an issue where the Poly X50 does a soft reboot when there are over 500 participants in a meeting.  Here's some background info -

Version/product information (I have both pulling from poly's servers):

X50: current version - 4.0.2-384012

TC8: current version - 4.0.2-211096

We are using Teams as our provider. Current version - 1449/1.0.96.2023062301

Meeting information:

686 participants
Start time: 1:50PM EST
Duration: 42 minutes, 30 seconds
Soft reboot of soundbar was roughly 15-20 minutes after start of meeting.
Meeting type/client: Multiple (not sure if that has any relevance, but all other meetings show the meeting type/client as Microsoft Teams)

I'm honestly not sure if this is a Poly issue or a Microsoft one.  I spoke to a Poly rep who said he'd look further into the logs I sent over, but then Poly just randomly closed my ticket without telling me for certain, so I'm asking you all.

Thank you,

Trish
