I have noticed that after updating OS from 3.x.x to 4.x.x Video quality on Zoom meeting has been degraded dramatically only getting much below 640 x 360 resolution even though they are connected to wired 1G network.

Our company did so many tests to rule out network issue and realized that this issue started right after OS upgrade in March 2023.

Does anyone have an idea how this can be fixed as soon as possible?

We are suffering for about 3months now.. from very low qulity of video all our Zoom meetings when we are using Studio X30 and X50 ZoomRooms.

This issue is resolved if I connect device that has 3.x.x OS and unfortunately, I cannot downgrade once it's upgraded to 4.x.x OS.

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Have you raised this yet with our Partner Zoom? So far we do not know what version of the Zoom Room app you are using.

The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organisation as the community is run by volunteers only.
