Studio X30

Since 3 years I have been running a Studio X30 as a zoom room. Since about two weeks it boots up in polycom mode.

I have twice set it up as a zoom device and used it during the day. However, it has both times reverted back and lost its provider Zoom setting. 

 

Device Software: 4.1.1.386158

APP Version: 5.16.5 (3917)

Device Type: Zoom Rooms Computer

 

Yesterday I ensured OS and apps were fully updated but it still reverted back over night.

 

I also have an X50 and that is running fine

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

Thank you, I will provide the versions when I get to the office and can see them. 
I saw in the tread that several people had the same problem but I could not find a resolution. Did I miss anything?

Hello @avassa-frelun ,

 

there are multiple workarounds. The fix is planned for the next 4.1.2 release.

 

I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
