HP Recommended

When I try to register my X50 to the poly Lens I get an error message "The configuration file on your provisioning server is invalid. Review the configuration file for errors."

 

Troubleshooting steps taken:
- Ensure that the device is deleted from the poly lens prior to register it
- Verified and validated the NTP settings
- Reboot
- Verified if firewall is blocking traffic
- Downloaded Profile template. Didn't find anything invalid that could lead to the problem.
- Downloaded logs. Registration attempt occured at 17:45 2023-09-27 GMT -5 eastern time.
