When I try to register my X50 to the poly Lens I get an error message "The configuration file on your provisioning server is invalid. Review the configuration file for errors."

Troubleshooting steps taken:
- Ensure that the device is deleted from the poly lens prior to register it
- Verified and validated the NTP settings
- Reboot
- Verified if firewall is blocking traffic
- Downloaded Profile template. Didn't find anything invalid that could lead to the problem.
- Downloaded logs. Registration attempt occured at 17:45 2023-09-27 GMT -5 eastern time.

Additionnal information:
Poly Studio X50
Software Version:4.0.1-380048
MAC Address: 00:e0:db:69:3e:60
Serial Number: 8L2223693E60FB
Provider : Microsoft Teams
Provisionning server address : https://t29695.deviceprovisioning.dm.lens.poly.com

What can I try next to register my X50 to the PolyLens?

******* EDIT *******

Solved! It WAS a firewall blocking some traffic.
