Hello
There is problem with codec RealPresence Group 700. We connected three cameras via HDMI switch Extron SW4 HDMI directly to cameras input (HDMI) on codec.I have tested HDMI switch and it works properlyю
When we switch cameras sometimes happens trouble. Codec shows blue screen instead image from cameras. Ше occurs more rarely at a resolution 720p60. Blue screen occurs randomly
This scheme worked without problems on HDX codec on many installation but on RealPresence group was problem.
Version of software is 4.2.0
What could you recommend to solve this problem?

Hello dguzhavin,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The next step is to reproduce this and then download the logs straight away from the group series and work with your Polycom reseller to provide these to Polycom support to raise a ticket.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

I think that reason is non-seamless swithing of digtal video signals.
What do you think about such solution
- convert HDMI to component video signal and connect to HDCI input for camera on codec.
Can it help?
