Hello community,
we have a studio X50 runing as a MTR
Studio X is in latest firmware : 4.1.0_00-180034
but TC8 is stucked in release 4.0.2-211096 instead of 4.1.0-211230.
when i try to upgrade, process seems to run nicely ( downloading, installaing, rebooting ) but onces reboot is completed, i get the message " wrong version detected " ( see screen copy attached ) and our TC8 as rebooted and is running but still in 211096.
any idea how i can overcome this ? thanks

Please try to change to Custom Server URL
https://swupdate.lens.poly.com/polyos/4.1.0_00/180034
(This url is accessible by your system and not through a web browser.)
