Hi,
I have a Poly TC8 that I failed to update. The item is in version 3.12.0-210716.
It's paired with a Poly Studio X30 in version 4.6.2.460046.
I've tried to update online and with a usb stick but it doesn't works ; I see the pairing is lost in the process, so the TC8 don't update.
Is there any solution to that problem ?

From our Video FAQ:
Mar 06, 2024 Question: Is there a chance that a Poly TC8 becomes inoperable after Updating Firmware?
Answer: Please ensure to check >here< before updating the firmware.
The above explains how to update devices that are not on the correct firmware.
