HP Recommended

Anyone who has experiencing problem like we have now. Let say a computer TP1 where telepresence is installed, and TP2 another computer. HDX is a site with mutli-site licence.

TP1 called HDX ==>audio/video are OK

TP2 called HDX===> HDX loose TP1 Video but audio from TP1 and TP2 are OK, TP1 sees HDX, TP2 Sees also HDX, but HDX doesn't see TP1 nor TP2

 

Please assist on how we should configure the HDX or the telepresence at TP1/TP2
