Dear All,
I would like to know few things about polycom touch control:
1) how much power requeried to touch control
2) which electrial specification POE switch required to make it operational
I had gone through datasheet of touch control but nowhere find the requirment detail of POE.

Hello GC or Yash Pal,
I had already replied to yourself in a few other post's.
Could you ensure you provide some confirmation to your prior opened post's => here <= before you keep posting new post's or at least mark post's where a solution has been provided as such?
Above is for the benefit of the whole community and I would kindly ask you to refrain from posting any new issues before you have done so.
Best Regards

Hello GC or R.S or Yash Pal,
My name is Steffen and not Kendo as shown in above original reply.
If you look at your post => here <= you clearly signed the post using the Name Yash Pal.
Yash Pal or Yashpal is another user that seems to operate in a similar manner within this community by opening uncountable new post, many of them stating service affecting issues, but hardly ever replying to post's or providing any follow up or a solution.
Please be aware that the community is not a replacement for our official support process and you should be working with your Polycom reseller for any support questions as they are your Tier 1 support contact.
Could you please go over all of your post's and ensure they have some kind of update or solution as I will keep replying to any new post asking you to do so.
Best Regards
