Poly Studio X50

Hi,

I have 2 devices Poly Studio X50. One of them has recently a problem with tracking speaker person. The tracking isn’t smooth and need much more time to track moving person.

I thought it could be software problem, so I updated firmware to newest version (4.1.0-00-180034). Nothing changed.

Second Poly work on old version 3.14.2-378005.

I noticed that the Teams version is different. Older version work fine, it move the frame smoothly (1449/1.0.96.2022090606 Updated on:Jan 16, 2023 11:12:48 AM)

New version (with problem) 1449/1.0.96.2023090601 Updated on:Oct 11, 2023 9:33:18 AM

Can I downgrade Teams Version to older? Or is there any sugested fix for that?

Hi @jowojtek,

Welcome to the HP Poly community!

There is no known issue with the Poly Studio X50 speaker tracking feature. It could be due to the new Teams version. I would suggest you try downgrading the Teams version. If the issue persists after downgrading the Teams version, I would request that you contact our HP Support to get the headset replaced if it is under warranty, and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out.
