Hi, wondered if someone would be able to advise on some trouble I am having upgrading a HDX 9004 please?

 

I go to upgrade it through the Web Interface.  Through Admin>Software Update.  I click on Next and get the 'swirly' icon underneath, the codec says it needs to restart for the update.  It restarts and gets stuck on the egg timer with a message about 'preparing to update please wait'.  I'm pinging the device but not getting any reply and have left it like this for 30 minutes plus, but still nothing changes.

 

Just wondered if anyone has had similar problems like this or can point out where I am going wrong or provide some tips please?
