When typing in the IP address of a new HDX 8000 I am not able to see the video or hear audio but I am able to get into admin pages and make adjustments.  I have not updated to the latest version nor does my laptop/pc's have the latest java release.  Is there a listing somewhere for what Java release works with which HDX release?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

  • have you enabled the functionality via the HDX GUI first ?
    You must enable this on the HDX itself first before you can use the functionality via the browser.

The community search finds this port => here <= as an example.
