i can not sign in poly video conference device (poly G40 ) 

message display unable to sign in 

The account used to sign in doesn't have the correct license to  use this device

welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

This is a Microsoft-related issue as Microsoft Teams requires the right license. 

 

I suggest you check with Microsoft Support or a Microsoft-orientated community forum.
