How often do you guys update your endpoints? I feel like there are releases pretty often it is difficult to keep up to date. I try to update them every 2-3 months.

Hello,
I work in a big french operator with thousands of customers,
When issues appear on a system, i check if an upgrade is necessary, if yes then i do.
If not. No need because it is working.
In my lab i upgrade directly when an update is available.
For a customer, I ask to upgrade when the software version is very old, like 4.x.x. Otherwise, no need except if the newest version brings functionalities that the customer would like to have.

Generally, I update when there is an update. This is because there have been many improvements to TLS and Ciphers. This has burned me a couple times but I have to keep current in my environment. Also, if you have an issue, generally Polycom will ask that you upgrade first.
