If you are running version 4.0.0, 4.0.0.1, or 4.0.1, download and install version 4.0.2 from
support.polycom.com before you download and install a 4.1.x version.

 

Support.polycom.com only has a PDF & DOC under V4.0.2 so where can we get that from?

Polycom has just posted 4.0.2.2, which should be used for this application.  The 4.0.2.2 software is the same as the 4.0.2 except it includes the fix for the 3rd party Heartbleed vulnerability.
