Can RPD take advantage of hardware encoded H.264?

Some webcams, such as the Logitech C930e, do H.264 encoding in hardware.

Also, devices like the Blackmagic Web Presenter or H.264 Pro Recorder do the same and present themselves as USB webcams.

HP Recommended

The RPD is the encoding tool, it will not work with encoded video from the camera.
