Hello , The Video conference unit doesnt power on at all ... the power soucer did turn on So try to turn it On using the pront panel button and nothing, then do a soft powercycle and still the same .. dont know how to test if the issue its the internal powersource or a general hardware failure

 

Any suggestions ..?

Check all 3 (three) power switches. See page 16 of Admin Guide for details or page 2 of Quick Setup.

Thanks for the answer... and after check every switch to can make it work, unfortunally it doesnt shows any signal of live ... 😞 ... 

it is possible to send it to a repair shop..?
