Dears,

recently I added VSX 7000A (128) to Cisco CUCM as advance SIP device. It's registered and working.

But we face music as a background when making call between Cisco and VSX, music like the music on hold but it's from Polygon side.

How can we remove such disruption ? Any one can help plz ?

Thanks

The Polycom VSX has no integrated "on hold music".

The "problem" seems to be CUCM related.

Thanks Uwe,

but the music I hear is something strange and not related to CUCM. Even I disable MoH on CUCM but still hearing the music during the call.

Hello irshaid,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Take a simple wireshark trace on a spanned port and you will know which side creates the "music".
