VSX7000 Error

Hi All,

I have a VSX7000 and I receive the following error message on my screen:

JVM memory 43678

Can anyone please advise what this error message means?

JVM is Java Virtual Memory.  If you continue to get it and do not have a service contract then I would suggest you try a factory restore to see if that gets rid of it.

Thank you for the quick reply.

I figured as much that the Error is a Java Virtual Memory error.

If this unit has a Service Contract, would the unit need to be replaced if a factory reset does not resolve the issue?

That would be a call on the part of service, I do not want to answer for them, but it would be one of the options they would consider.
