HP Recommended

VSX 7000 is set up with multi-point key code, connects OK to first party, but when connecting to second system, call either drops or results in poor audio or video or both.  Running over Comcast cable.  Can you suggest a fix?

It sounds like you might not have enough bandwidth for your calls. Depending your current connection speed I would drop down the rate and try to call to your different sites.
