Hello Everyone,

We have a client that has a VSX7000e which when used to conduct a Video Conference both the local & far-end sites can see & hear each other without issue.  However when a laptop / pc is connected to the codec and the presentation is pushed only the far-end site can see/hear the presentation while the local site can only see the presentation.

Is there a setting that needs to be changed / has been changed that is causing this?  Could this be by design by Polycom or a faulty component on the codec?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
