Hello Everyone !

On a visioconference , when a content is shared (pdf file), on HDX 4000 , the content is displayed, but on the VVX 1500 , the content isn't displayed.

 

I don't understand, it's also a video stream ...

 

P.S : On polycom realpresence app on android/iphone, I can also view the pdf file, and choose between video and pdf content

HP Recommended

VVX 1500 doesn't support H.239 nor P+C. You can view the shared content if you have RMX with 'Send Content to Legacy Endpoints' option enabled.
