Hi,
We have problem with connection to skype for Business, How i can make a windows update on Polycom CX7000 or update LYNC 2010 install on polycom.
Signing in to the Microsoft Lync Server error.

Other than the Version mentioned in the FAQ and publicly available updates on our support site there are no other updates that can be applied to the CX7000.
The CX7000 runs an embedded Windows operating system and no changes can be made to it.
You either need to allow an older client in your infrastructure or purchase a currently supported system.

From the Video FAQ:
Apr 05,2017 Question: What LYNC or Skype for Business Version is supported by the CX7000?
Answer: The latest available Software Version 1.2.0 supports LYNC 2010 and LYNC 2013. Skype for Business is not supported.
