dears i cant ping to my hdx 4500 from same network

what shoud i do

No where near enough details to suggest a good solution.

 

Is the NIC lights on the 4500 lite up?

Is the port properly configured to the same as the endpoint (EP)?

does the EP have an IP address?

Is the configuration correct on the EP?

Is there security on the network keeping it from being reachable?

 

At this point it is the same trouble shooting you would do for any device that is not reachable on the network.
