recently we discovered 4 hdx endpoints had somehow reverted to factory reset.  2 9000's, an 8000 and a 4500.

We were able to get 3 back up and running.  The last is one of the 9000's.

We have reset it multiple times, but every time we finish putting the configuration in, it starts rebooting every 5 minutes or so.

It doesn't reboot once I disconnect from Lan.

its on Release - 3.1.7-48092.

I tried calling support, but since it is past end of life, they suggested these forums.  Everything I have looked at in this forum that sounds like my issue ends with a Polycom tech saying open a ticket.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Hello GMaple,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

In order to investigate the issue we need to look at the units logs. In order to do so we need a support ticket to be raised.

Even if the unit is out of warranty you always have the possibility of opening a pay per incident ticket via your Polycom reseller.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
