Is it possible to connect multi locations using Telepresence M100 

 

There is no dialing option available to connect to the third caller.

no, that´s not possible. The M100 is only capable of doing Point-2-Point calls. For multipoint calls you would need to dial in a MCU like the rmx / collaboration server or an endpoint with embedded mcu.
