G7500 with Studio E70 and TC8 Kit

a technical error occurs in the communication between colleagues connected remotely and those sitting in the room: - The microphone is too quiet, the colleagues connected remotely cannot hear the colleagues speaking in the room. Not even when the distance between the microphone and the colleague speaking in the room is less than 50 cm. - The microphone sometimes skips for a few seconds (5-10), when I can't hear the speech of the remotely connected colleagues sitting in the room at all. - The voice of remotely connected colleagues is often of very poor quality (stutters)" ... In this room, however, it seems that the error is recurring, because we have already consulted with the users, and we are checking the room before the management meeting. the FW is up-to-date on them. poly mic1: 00e0db728483 poly mic2: 00e0db7291b6 poly mic3: 00e0db729191 Time of error detection - 2023-08-02 15:31:30 (this meeting lasted from 3 to 4:30)

We use 3 desktop IP microphones for the G7500. Microphones are not the
to codecs, but to the IT network.
According to our experience, the sound quality of the microphones is not adequate, or
it often happens that the microphones are detached from the codecs.
In case the microphones are connected directly to the codecs,
it seems that the above errors do not occur.
We would like a list containing the settings on the IT system
must be done so that the microphones work stably!

Dear Steffen Baier!

We are currently using a Poly G7500 codec in a meeting room. Unfortunately, the microphones connected to the codec on the IT network did not work well. We connected the mics directly to the Poly codec and now it works fine. I would like to ask for your help on what appears in the logos. Are the microphones working well? We have downloaded the latest logos. How can I send the logos to support? Thanks to: Szabolcs
