Hi to all the community

I'm trying to set up a realpresence desktop behind a router and a firewall. This gives me two NATs. is this an issue or should i succeed?

(public IP) -> NAT ->(local IP)-> NAT -> (other subnet of local ip)

Actually i'm having serios issues.

Hello m.cordola,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The error message is quite clear:

 Catetory: CallDisconnect
             Name: HANGUP
       Errorcode: 40004
Message: Far end has hung up.

  • Did you make an outgoing or receive an incoming call ?

  • What number or address did you dial and did you test any of the Polycom test sites listed in the Video FAQ => here <= ?

  • Did you open the relevant Ports in the Firewall and forward these as listed in the RPD release Notes?

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
