Just downloaded m100.  Connects right away with video, far end can hear and see me, no audio for me.  Have disabled firewalls.  I am guessing it may have something to do with my routers but I'm not sure.  I have the same problem wireless and wired in.  Routers are Netgear WNDR3700 v3 and a Comcast Business Class SMC, modem is ARRIS, from Comcast.  Everything else internet-wise works fine.  Audio is turned up in the application and on my computer.  No microphones are muted.  I have Windows 7.  Thanks for any thoughts.

The easiest way (and referenced in the NetGear Users Guide) is to put  your device into the DMZ of the router...

Thanks Gary.  I don't know what that means, though, or how to do it.  Would you mind explaining?  I run Polycom from my laptop. Thanks.

You need to look at the Users Guide for your NetGear.   I don't know the specific setup for that router but it's described in the users guide.

Hi there 🙂

Take a look here(Netgear user manual - Page 80 and following pages).
